How to order

Select your pack size (Single / 3 / 5 / 10).
Select cord colour (or “Surprise Mix”).
In the “Letters” box, write the letter(s) you’d like:
- Single: A
- Pack of 3: A, J, S
- Pack of 5 or 10: list all initials you need, separated by commas.

If you have any strong colour preferences (e.g. “no pink”, “lots of blue + green”), you can also add a short note and I’ll do my best to match.

Returns & exchanges

• Custom names or personalised colour choices
• Sale or discounted items

Refunds

Lost or delayed parcels
